Moving in or out: what ends, what stays, and your statement of the stay.
Nothing is lost: the record of what was paid stays with both sides.
The committee ends a stay
- They moved out On the flat's page, under Who lives here, tap They moved out and confirm. Their stay ends today; their payments stay in the ledger and they keep a copy. Then invite the new family with a new code: they start with a clean balance.
The family moves
- Your flats In Home, Your flats lists every flat your home has lived in, now and before.
- Your own record Open a flat to see everything charged and paid during your stay. It stays readable even after you leave: your proof of what you paid.
- We moved Moving? Tap We moved, choose the flat you left and the date. Your people, documents, subscriptions and money planner all stay with your home.
- Bills that stay behind Tick the bills tied to the old address (generator, EDL, water, internet) so they stop reminding you, then tap We moved. The building's dues bill ends by itself. When your new building is on Bayte, join it with its code.
