Give roles
- Who does what Open People and roles. Everyone who joined is listed with their flat. Use the menu next to a name to give a role: Treasurer (records and confirms money, manages flats and people), Committee member (posts notices, starts votes) or Resident (sees everything, pays for their flat).
- Hand over the presidency Stepping down? Tap Make them president under the new president's name and confirm. They get every right; you stay on the committee. A building always keeps a president, so hand over before you leave.
Start the records again
- Reset the building To start the building's records again from today, the president opens Settings → Reset this building at the bottom, types the building's name and taps Ask for the reset. Four members confirm with a code texted to their phones (with fewer members, the rest by email). The money is never erased: every entry moves to Records before the reset, still readable by the committee and in each family's statement. If it is not confirmed within 48 hours, nothing happens.
