Ask the building a question and let each flat vote, or owners only.

Decide together, one vote per flat.

Start a vote

Ask the question Open Votes and tap Start a vote. Write the question. Leave the choices empty for Yes / No, or type your own, one per line. Choose the rule (1): more than half of the flats, two thirds, or more than half by shares. Choose who votes (2) and the closing date. Tap Save: everyone is alerted.
Owners-only votes For decisions about the building itself (renting the roof, a new elevator), choose Owners only. Only owners linked to a flat can vote; tenants can see the vote and its results.

One vote for your flat Families open the vote from the alert or from Votes. The live results are at the top. Under Vote for flat 1A, tap your choice. Each flat votes once.
Done The page shows Your flat voted, and the results update. The turnout and whether a choice has reached the rule are shown under the bars.
When only owners vote A tenant opening an owners-only vote sees the results and the line Only owners vote on this one.
All votes The list shows every vote, Open or Closed, with its closing date.
